React (TypeScript) Developer

What You'll Do

You will develop modern TypeScript UI experiences across web and mobile platforms. This means working with our team and alongside our client entrepreneurs. Our clients are subject matter experts in their field, bringing their novel concepts and patented technologies into the market. TechSlice is the software accelerator making this possible.

You will participate in the entire product life cycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, code implementation, functional and performance testing, deployment, and support. You will bring your deep technical and software expertise in modern web technologies to a team that delivers strong work focused on saving and improving lives.

Who You Are

You are someone who thrives in a start-up environment. You have at least 5+ years of web development experience and seek a team that recognizes your capabilities, accelerates your personal and professional growth, and rewards you accordingly. We are looking for those motivated by the challenge of solving difficult technical problems, and those who enjoy diving into new territory with our client teams. You should have a good sense of product design, and be willing to work in small, self-organizing teams.

Preferred Skills

Highly qualified in JavaScript, Typescript, and React
Strong UI/UX practices, patterns and standard methodologies
Extensive experience using RESTful APIs
Knowledge of scalable, web app deployment techniques in the cloud (AWS or Azure)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical documents
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of front-end test automation tools
Proficient with Git and collaborative code management practices
Familiarity with other object-oriented languages in general
